We had inherited an old Eircom Phonewatch system in our house for which Eircom wanted an exorbitant amount of money for changing the registered name and ongoing monitoring. I contacted MSS to have a look at the system thinking that there would be a series of complications.
They revamped and replaced the entire system and provided us with a very simple monitoring solution through an app we can set and disarm the alarm from anywhere, effortlessly, using a Smart phone. They performed the work without any fuss and cleaned up afterwards.
We subsequently got them to install an exterior security light with inbuilt camera at the back of the house. (You should get this product - it's really good!) Again they provided the service on time and in a professional manner. Nothing was a problem to him.
We would and have recommend MSS highly. They are the ultimate professional.

"This might save you a lot of time and frustration. I recently decided to change from an old wired house alarm to a wireless system. I had time so I went on line and contacted about six companies. A brief summary...two never returned my calls after leaving messages twice, one told me he was too busy to call to see me, one does not make house calls and will only quote on line, two called to the house and sent quotes, of these one was more interested in watching the time and in taking phone calls and the other said he would be back to me to clarify some information and I am still waiting. I had all but given up when a colleague recommended Matt Murtagh who had fitted his house alarm. I called Matt who is now working for himself.
